I was born curious about the world and about people. Early on, I chose communication as my guiding thread: telling stories, connecting, making sense.

From international logistics at FedEx to technology at Proximus, with chapters in HR services and aviation, I spent more than twenty years shaping brand and influence strategies on a global scale, supporting leaders and teams in fast-changing environments.

This journey taught me two essentials:
👉 organizations succeed when their stories are clear,
👉 individuals shine when they truly know themselves.

These convictions naturally led me to coaching. Trained at BAO Elan Vital in individual, group, and transpersonal coaching, I now support leaders, women in transition, and teams in regaining clarity, energy, and alignment.

Today, I’ve chosen to embrace both dimensions:

Marketing & communications consulting — helping organizations turn complexity into clear messages, strengthen their reputation, and make their leaders shine.
Coaching — supporting people through professional or personal transitions, preventing burnout, and developing authentic leadership.
